HH packs should be 500 MBs give or take a few hundred, but I'm pretty sure they are around the 500 MB mark - so you can eliminate all school folders with much more or less data (allow ~300MB variance both higher and lower). All DLC with 'PO' in the foldername are eliminated as well (GOTY bonus content).

Iris, Orchild, Sage and Tulip should be Season Pass content - so those are not headhunter packs. To your problem, I'm afraid I can't help you in a definite way - I looked myself and didn't find a good list or anything about how the DLC are called in the folders.Д«ut can't you 'just' copy over the whole folder to an USB stick or something? Or the DLC folder, at least?ДЄlso you might run into trouble with Steam accepting the files - you should minimally do a file integrety check after copying and also make sure that after everything seems in order to check the Steam DLC list to see that all relevant checkmarks are checked.ДЄlways provided Steam accepts the integrety check and 'Oh look these DLC files here'.
